Ranks

Contacts alone do not carry you far. Higher ranks look at the missions you complete, how broadly you operate, and whether you lead and mentor others.

Nobody is promoted automatically. When you meet the requirements for the next rank you are offered the promotion, and you choose whether to accept it. Requirements may change as the Corps grows. Contacts made through an internet link count toward Intel Ops but not toward promotion.
